Accessible by a mangrove-lined causeway, Stirrup Key is a gated, residential community, nestled in the Gulf of America, in Marathon, Florida, in the Florida Keys. Within the approximately 60 acres which comprise Stirrup Key, lie:

  • 98 separately-platted residential building lots
  • 14.4 acres of common property, consisting of:
  • 7.4 acres of roads (1.22 miles);
  • two lakes totaling two acres;
  • a five-acre lagoon with two recirculating channels and a 61-dock-lot marina with seawall and boat launch; and
  • the entrance gatehouse and electronic gate/video-monitored security system.

The Stirrup Key Home Owners Association, Inc., in accordance with its charter documents, manages these assets and represents the interests of the property owners of Stirrup Key.
